Work Place Readiness

Description

The MBAT Workplace Readiness Programme has been designed to address the gap between qualifications and the real-life demands of the workplace and assist a young employee to make the transition from “learning to earning”

It will also equip this group to recognise that the work place has certain non-negotiables that, notwithstanding the era in which they were born, or the so-called modern way doings have to be respected and adhered to.

By arrangement, the facilitator is also able to build into the content specific company protocols, expectations, and operating procedures.

Course

Diversity

Description

Anyone who lives in South Africa will understand the challenge the country has to “bring together” people from varying backgrounds, value systems, geographical locations, and most importantly socio-economic conditions.

To be effective any business needs to ensure there is a strong internal working relationship and therefore a conscious effort is required to create this understanding within our diverse and at times divided environment.

MBAT has developed an impactful Diversity Dialogue which is interactive, experiential in nature and ensures the delegates are able to better understand the complexities of diversity so often ignored or misunderstood.
